Clear corrections improve the evidence trail and are prioritized by risk and reader impact.
During the foundation phase, send corrections tosupport@vmcsoft.com.
What to include
- The page URL and the statement or procedure in question
- The expected correction and supporting primary source
- Whether the issue could cause downtime, ownership loss, or a security problem
Email contents and the reply thread are limited to VMCSoft Digital maintainers handling the report. A structured correction workflow will receive its own retention policy before launch.
