Before opening the destination
- Input
- An authenticated account plus the IP, CIDR, comment, and source data chosen for a list.
- Source or vantage point
- Manual entries and approved upstream sources configured by the list owner.
- Observation time
- List state changes when an owner edits or syncs it; consuming caches can retain earlier output.

- Validate generated allowlists against the authoritative source.
